Trade and Services
CMEC boasts a trade network covering 160-plus countries and regions across the world. By giving full play to its unique role of bridging two domestic and international markets and two types of resources, CMEC has big strides in technology manufacturing, international business corporation, system synergy, new energy, bonded processing park and bidding and tendering services. It has produced a series of internationally leading high-end castings and forgings. It has created multiple new models for international trade and supply chain, including Yinchuan Silk Road International Cooperation Park, the “Internet plus” and overseas warehouses.

1 Technology Manufacturing
CMIPC serves as CMEC’s core subsidiary specializing in high-end equipment manufacturing and R&D business. CMIPC, coupled with CMPM and CMHC, has operated technology manufacturing in an integrated manner. The division focuses on manufacturing high-end cast and forged parts, copper pieces, welded structural components and finish machining parts. It has offered one-stop value-added services and complete solutions for the whole industrial chain ranging from design & development, production, quality control, logistics and after-sales services to well-known customers in China and beyond. The products have been widely applied in mining equipment, construction machinery, electric power, metallurgy, oil & gas, shipbuilding, and transportation.

2 System Synergy
CMEC Engineering Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. represents one of CMEC’s core subsidiaries in terms of system integration and coordination, with Suzhou Company and General Machinery Company brought under CMEC’s control. As such, CMEC has realized integrated operation. Focusing on import & export trade as its main business, it has established an integrated operation platform covering Southeast Asia, Central and South America, North America and European markets. The platform has combined a range of strengths including power equipment, machinery manufacturing, complete industrialized projects, new energy engineering, e-commerce operation, technical consulting services and capital operation.

3 International Business Corporation
CMEC has built an international business corporation with China-East Resources Import & Export Co. at its core, achieving its strategic transformation towards an international integrator of engineering, trade and services. Under the guidance of diversified development strategy, the international business corporation has developed four major business divisions, trade, engineering contracting, labour export and investment.

4 New Energy
With CMEC Wuxi as its core subsidiary for new energy and business innovation, CMEC, in conjunction with Shanghai Zhongjing managed by CMEC and Wuxi Shimaotong, Wuxi Taichang and Wuxi Taichen controlled by CMEC, has realized integrated operation. It has fully relied on the economic advantage of the hinterland in East China and the regional strength in the Central China, with its business involving new energy, traditional trade and supply chain services.

5 Bonded Processing Park Services
With CMEC Yinchuan as the core, CMEC has conducted integrated operation with CMEC Henan. It has developed the business model of “Park plus Trade” by building a variety of platforms for bonded processing, domestic engineering cooperation and international engineering cooperation.

6 Bidding & Tendering Services
CMEC has a specialized platform for bidding services, consisting of CMEC Bidding Division and the Tendering Company. The bidding business involves more than a dozen fields such as machinery and electric power. Relevant projects are funded by loans from the World Bank loans, the Asian Development Bank and foreign governments, and by national bonds, technological upgrading funds and government budget funds from China. Bidding methods include open bidding at home and internationally, invitation to bid, competitive negotiations, inquiry & procurement, and direct procurement. Bidding contents include goods, engineering, services, and BOT.
