With CMEC as General Contractor, the turn-key project involves design, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning, and operation of communications equipment (mainly program-controlled switches and transmission equipment) all over Bangladesh as well as related personnel training.

The project mainly includes a basic network, video conference system, national data center and disaster recovery data center, government network security solutions, 3G tablet computer supply, government network equipment training center, personnel training, engineering service, maintenance and other related services.
