On May 7, Wang Bo, Member of the Party Committee and Assistant General Manager of SINOMACH, as well as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CMEC Group, met with Wang Shaofeng, Secretary of the Fengtai District Party Committee, and Zhang Yanlin, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Governor, along with their delegation at CMEC Group‘s headquarters. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation. Fang Yanshui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CMEC Group, and Xie Ke, Deputy General Manager of CMEC Group, attended the meeting.

Wang Bo extended a warm welcome to the principal leaders of Fengtai District and their delegation for visiting with relevant departments, and expressed gratitude to Fengtai District for its support and assistance to CMEC Group. He briefly introduced the general profile of SINOMACH and CMEC Group, the achievements made during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, and the strategic planning for the “15th Five-Year Plan.” He stated that CMEC Group, as SINOMACH’s international business platform, focuses on SINOMACH’s core responsibilities and main businesses, and continues to develop core businesses such as consulting and design, engineering contracting, advanced manufacturing, industrialization integrated services, and engineering and industrial investment and operations. CMEC Group is willing to fully leverage its scientific research resources to deeply participate in the construction of the pilot-scale testing platform cluster in Fengtai District, provide high-quality engineering planning and design services, and contribute greater strength to the high-quality development of Fengtai District.

Zhang Yanlin expressed the hope to further deepen cooperation with CMEC Group, focusing on areas such as design consulting, new energy, and diversified overseas cooperation. He expressed the hope that CMEC Group would actively integrate into the broader regional development landscape and continue to increase its support for the construction and development of Fengtai District. Fengtai District, in turn, will fully provide service support to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Wang Shaofeng noted that the development strategy of CMEC Group is highly aligned with Fengtai District's development positioning, resource endowments, and the needs of building a modern industrial system during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. He expressed the hope that the two sides would further deepen central SOE-local government collaboration and carry out practical cooperation in areas such as the construction of the pilot-scale testing platform cluster, services for district-based enterprises going global, the construction of an intelligent equipment industrial park, and the development of the biomedicine industry.
