Synergy and Win-Win Cooperation | EOEC Signs Agreement to Move into CMEC Plaza, Jointly Building a “Reception Hall” for CMEC Group in the Yangtze River Delta
Recently, Shanghai East Ocean Huaqing Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “EOEC”), a Shanghai-based enterprise under China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group), officially signed an agreement to move, in 2026, into CMEC Plaza, managed by CMEC Shanghai, a subsidiary of CMEC (Headquarters of CMEC Group). This signing is a significant step in implementing the strategic deployment to build a regional center in the Yangtze River Delta, marking a solid stride forward for CMEC Group in deepening regional resource integration and internal collaborative development.
Located in the Yangtze River Delta, one of the most economically vibrant regions in China, CMEC Group has always prioritized strengthening resource coordination, business collaboration, and complementary advantages within the region. CMEC Plaza serves as a key industrial layout for CMEC Group in the Yangtze River Delta, integrating high-end office spaces, industry clusters, and talent exchanges. It acts as a crucial platform to facilitate coordinated development among enterprises within the system. The total construction area of the park reaches 68,000 square meters, providing high-quality, intensive, and exclusive office spaces for companies under SINOMACH.

Under the guidance and support of CMEC, CMEC Shanghai proactively engaged with potential tenants and provided precise services tailored to their specific needs, ultimately securing this cooperation. The project’s implementation will not only enhance the overall asset utilization efficiency of CMEC Group but also further promote joint party building, cultural integration, and business synergy on the basis of spatial agglomeration. This lays a solid foundation for transforming CMEC Plaza into a “reception hall” for CMEC Group in the Yangtze River Delta region.
As a significant force within CMEC Group’s engineering construction sector, EOEC possesses professional strengths in serving new industrialization and urbanization. After moving into CMEC Plaza, EOEC will better leverage the platform’s functions and geographical advantages to deepen its presence in the Yangtze River Delta market. It will strengthen synergistic interactions and resource sharing with other enterprises within the SINOMACH system, collectively injecting new momentum into the construction and high-quality development of CMEC Group’s regional center in the Yangtze River Delta.
