The construction content of the project encompasses multiple core modules including transformers, variable frequency power supplies, electrical control systems, data acquisition system test consoles, normal and high-temperature piping systems, and intelligent terminal systems. These requirements pose significant challenges to the comprehensive technical strength, system integration capabilities, and project management levels of the general contractor.

To efficiently advance the implementation of the project, CMIE has assembled a specialized technical team comprising experts in submersible electric pump test stations, high-pressure pipelines, high-temperature pipelines, and industrial engineering. A primary lead has been designated to oversee the entire process of the submersible electric pump test station’s general contracting construction. Leveraging its deep technological expertise in equipment integration and measurement and control engineering, as well as its mature model of multi-disciplinary collaboration and full-cycle management, CMIE has fully demonstrated its resource integration capabilities and comprehensive service levels in complex engineering projects, earning high recognition from the client.

This successful bid not only represents a significant achievement for CMIE in the field of equipment integration and measurement and control engineering but also signifies that CMEC Group’s technical strength and service capabilities in offshore oilfield submersible electric pump testing have received authoritative industry recognition. It lays a solid foundation for continuously expanding the offshore oil and gas equipment market segments and deepening cooperation with key clients such as CNOOC.

Looking ahead, under the guidance of CMEC Group, CMIE will adhere to innovation-driven development, fully leveraging its advantages in providing comprehensive services across the entire industrial chain, including engineering consulting, design, and general contracting. By adhering to high standards and high quality in project construction, CMIE is committed to advancing the upgrading of China’s ocean engineering equipment manufacturing and measurement and control engineering sectors toward higher-end, intelligent, and green technologies, thereby supporting the national strategy of building a strong maritime nation.
