CMEC Group Promotes Internal Synergy through Multi-Level, Multi-Dimensional Exchanges | Chen Fan Leads Delegation to Visit IPPR

On November 21, Chen Fan, Member of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group), and Party Secretary and Chairman of China Machinery International Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CMIE), led a delegation to visit China IPPR International Engineering Co., Ltd. (IPPR). The delegation was received by Li Haixin, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE), and Party Secretary and Chairman of IPPR. The two sides held in-depth discussions on business synergy and international cooperation.

Li Haixin extended a warm welcome to Mr. Chen and his delegation and provided a comprehensive overview of IPPR’s international business development journey, landmark achievements in international technical research, international business strategy, and its successful integration within the group ecosystem.

He noted that both parties belong to SINOMACH and CMEC Group and have each built outstanding expertise and practical experience in core areas such as engineering design and technical consulting, establishing a natural foundation for collaboration. Looking ahead, he emphasized that both sides should leverage their respective strengths, further strengthen their commitment to full-chain service delivery, and jointly explore innovative models of international cooperation. By sharing resources and complementing capabilities, they can achieve synergistic growth and enhance CMEC Group’s overseas brand influence and market competitiveness.

Chen Fan commended IPPR for its achievements in international operations under CAMCE’s leadership and for delivering high-quality design and consulting services to overseas EPC projects. He highlighted IPPR’s strong international competitiveness in technology R&D, integrated services, and professional team development. Noting the high degree of alignment in business scope, strong complementarity, and broad cooperation potential between the two sides, Mr. Chen expressed his hope that this exchange would serve as a catalyst for building closer collaboration in international markets. He proposed establishing regular communication mechanisms to share experiences in global expansion, jointly enhance competitiveness in the global marketplace, and work together to support national strategic objectives—ultimately achieving win-win outcomes in international development.

During the meeting, both parties engaged in practical discussions on international business cooperation, with in-depth exchanges on pathways for global expansion, integration experiences, and independent market development overseas.

Also attending the meeting were Wang Wei, Vice General Manager of CMIE; Du Peng, Vice General Manager of IPPR; and relevant business executives from both sides.
