Recently, Tian Zheng, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group), met with a delegation led by Li Lei, Deputy General Manager of the Beijing Branch of China Bohai Bank. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation models, key financing projects, and credit facility arrangements.

Tian Zheng warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced CMEC Group’s strategic layout, business development, operational reforms, and overall performance. He noted that the company is transforming into a technology-driven, specialized engineering enterprise and enhancing its competitiveness in overseas markets. He expressed hope to establish a cooperative relationship by leveraging China Bohai Bank’s strengths in offshore financing, domestic factoring, and treasury management, working together toward mutual success.

Li Lei expressed sincere appreciation for CMEC Group’s trust and recognition. He provided a comprehensive overview of the bank’s overall operations, cross-border financial products, investment and bond underwriting services, and supply chain factoring financing. He stated that the Beijing Branch hopes to actively participate in CMEC Group’s domestic and international operations through this meeting, further deepening the bilateral partnership.
