Recently, Mr. Tian Zheng, Party Committee Member and Chief Financial Officer of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group), met with Ms. Li Xiaohong, Board Secretary of the Head Office of Bank of Shanghai (BOS), and her delegation. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on cooperation regarding key overseas financing projects and credit lines.

On behalf of CMEC Group, Mr. Tian extended a warm welcome to Ms. Li and her delegation, and expressed his appreciation for BOS’s long-standing support. He shared updates on the company’s latest business development efforts, operational reforms, and strategic plans. He expressed the hope that, building on the sound foundation of existing cooperation, the two sides would further strengthen collaboration in areas such as comprehensive credit facilities and overseas project financing.

Ms. Li expressed her sincere appreciation for CMEC Group’s continued trust and support. She provided an overview of BOS’s business profile, cross-border financial products, fund settlement services in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, and overseas project factoring solutions. She also expressed her hope for closer cooperation with CMEC Group in the future.

The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on potential priority areas of cooperation, yielding positive results. Representatives from the International Department and Beijing Branch of BOS, as well as from the Financial Management Department of CMEC Group, also participated in the meeting.
