SINOMACH Holds Business Synergy Research Meeting for Shenzhen-Based Enterprises
On March 18, a Business Synergy Research Meeting for Shenzhen-based enterprises of SINOMACH was held at SZCMEC, a subsidiary of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group). Luo Qianyi, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of SINOMACH, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting reviewed reports on the operational development, business resources, and synergy potential of SINOMACH’s Shenzhen-based companies (branches). It focused on in-depth discussions regarding resource integration and synergistic development in the Shenzhen pilot area, exploring innovative pathways for resource sharing and complementary advantages, with the aim of driving high-quality business growth. Luo Qianyi acknowledged the active efforts of the participating enterprises in deepening their presence in the Greater Bay Area market and exploring business synergy, as well as the phased progress made by CMEC Group in promoting synergistic development.
Luo Qianyi emphasized that SINOMACH places great importance on synergy work, having established a dedicated synergy development task force earlier this year and formulated a work plan, with Shenzhen included as a regional synergy pilot. He stressed the need to promptly develop a business synergy plan for the Shenzhen region. Shenzhen-based enterprises must accelerate their shift in mindset, take proactive initiatives, and align their thoughts and actions with the new missions, positioning, and requirements for central enterprises in the new era. They should continue to deepen reforms, effectively balance operational development with strategic missions, and stimulate vitality while maintaining standardized operations. Efforts should be made to transform the current fragmented and low-level business layout, achieving high-quality development while serving the growth of the Greater Bay Area.
The meeting was attended by Wang Bo, Assistant General Manager of SINOMACH and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CMEC Group, as well as representatives from SINOMACH’s Strategy and Development Department, Operations Management Department, and leaders from CMEC Group subsidiaries, including SINOCONST, CUC, SIPPR, and SZCMEC.
