On January 23, China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CITIC Bank Beijing Branch. The signing ceremony was attended by Fang Yanshui, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CMEC Group, and He Jinsong, Party Secretary and President of CITIC Bank Beijing Branch. The agreement was signed by Tian Zheng, Chief Financial Officer of CMEC Group, and Jing Long, Vice President of CITIC Bank Beijing Branch, on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the two parties will deepen cooperation in areas such as credit services, overseas project financing, and international business settlement to promote mutual growth.

Before the signing ceremony, both parties visited CITIC Bank's 30th Anniversary Business Exhibition and held in-depth discussions on strengthening all-around strategic cooperation.

He Jinsong welcomed Fang Yanshui and his delegation, providing an overview of CITIC Bank and its Beijing branch’s advantages in financial service. He noted significant room for cooperation between CITIC Bank Beijing Branch and CMEC Group, saying that in the next phase, CITIC Bank will align its financial services with the development strategy of CMEC Group, continuously expanding cooperation in areas like credit services, international business, and settlement services, and innovating new cooperation models.

Fang Yanshui introduced CMEC Group’s development strategy, industry layout, and the situation of its member enterprises. He thanked CITIC Bank for its long-standing support for CMEC Group and its member enterprises. He expressed hope that through this strategic cooperation agreement, CITIC Bank would provide financial support for CMEC Group and its member enterprises, further deepening the collaboration and leveraging each other's strengths to achieve mutual growth.

Leaders and department heads from CITIC Bank Beijing Branch, along with relevant department heads from CMEC Group headquarters, attended the signing ceremony.
