From January 7 to 8, Fang Yanshui, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CMEC Group, led a delegation to the UAE for meetings with internationally renowned developers, including ACWA Power, METITO Group, AMEA Power, and Masdar, among other leading companies. During these visits, discussions focused on new energy, energy storage, desalination, smart water services, and infrastructure construction, with the goal of advancing ongoing project implementations and exploring potential cooperation on key future projects. The visit aimed to further deepen global strategic partnerships.

At the meetings, Fang Yanshui highlighted CMEC Group’s technological strengths and global business experience in the fields of new energy, energy storage, and water services. He reached agreements with several companies on enhancing regional cooperation, innovating collaborative models, and scaling up joint efforts. All parties agreed to seize the opportunities presented by energy transformation and sustainable development, with a focus on the Middle East, Central Asia, and other strategic regions. The goal is to achieve mutually beneficial development through deeper cooperation.

The visit also provided an opportunity to review the progress of existing collaborative projects, further strengthening the mutual trust with partners. It laid a solid foundation for expanding cooperation into new areas.
