Recently, Party Secretary and Chairman Wang Bo of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group), met with Luo Shenghong, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd (CRCB), and his delegation at the headquarters of CMEC Group. The two parties engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics including overseas market development, engineering technology applications, and mutual concerns regarding specific projects. Xie Ke, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of CMEC Group, accompanied Wang Bo during the meeting.

Luo Shenghong expressed his gratitude for Wang Bo’s warm reception and provided an overview of CRCB’s historical evolution, operational development, professional capabilities, and distinctive business areas. He noted that CMEC Group and its member enterprises were among the first Chinese companies to venture abroad, establishing mature overseas business channels and a wealth of engineering achievements, thereby forming a notable competitive edge. Luo hoped the two sides could establish a long-term communication mechanism, leverage their respective strengths, and jointly promote overseas project contracting business. Additionally, he emphasized strengthening business coordination with CMEC Group’s design consulting subsidiaries, enhancing exchanges and cooperation in industrial engineering, municipal works, water conservancy, smart construction, and other fields.

On behalf of the company, Wang Bo welcomed Luo Shenghong and his delegation and introduced CMEC Group's overseas business activities, the characteristics and expertise of its design consulting services, as well as measures and outcomes related to focusing on core responsibilities and driving business transformation. Wang looked forward to collaborating with CRCB in urban renewal, overseas industrialization, and other domestic and international sectors. He expected both parties to fully utilize CRCB’s specialized technical skills and construction organization capabilities, along with its rich experience in project implementation, working together to promote high-quality development of domestic and international business.

CRCB Vice President Guo Hongwei and relevant department heads accompanied Luo Shenghong on the visit. Attending the meeting from the CMEC side were responsible persons of the Operations Management Department and the Fifth Complete Plant Division.
