On November 26, Mr. Fang Yanshui, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CMEC Group, met with Ms. Liu Yuan, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Langfang City, along with her delegation at CMEC headquarters.

Mr. Fang warmly welcomed Mayor Liu and her delegation. He introduced CMEC Group's achievements in reform and development, technological innovation, and both domestic and international business operations in recent years. Fang highlighted the Group's unique advantages in planning and design, exhibition services, smart industrial parks, and high-end equipment manufacturing. He emphasized that CMEC Group would leverage its strengths as a major central SOE to empower Langfang's economic and social development. The Group is committed to expanding practical cooperation with Langfang in various fields, including smart logistics, intelligently connected industrial parks, and exhibition services. The Group pledges to deepen its presence in Langfang and contribute SINOMACH's strength to promoting the Langfang City's high-quality development.

Mayor Liu expressed her gratitude for CMEC Group's hospitality. She acknowledged the Group's strong capabilities and extensive business scope, emphasizing that the Langfang Municipal Government highly values establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership with CMEC Group. In recent years, Langfang has been rapidly developing into a modern city focused on commercial logistics, exhibitions, computing infrastructure, cultural tourism, healthcare, bio-medicine, food industry, and modern agriculture. She expressed hope that both parties would further deepen cooperation based on their existing mutual trust and win-win relationship, jointly seize policy opportunities, and advance their partnership to new heights, creating a new chapter in cooperation between the central SOE and local government.

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in extensive and in-depth discussions about development opportunities in Langfang and potential areas for cooperation.

The meeting was also attended by officials from Langfang's Anci District, Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Other attendees included Mr. Yang Ming, Assistant General Manager of CMIE and General Manager of CMEC International Exhibition Co., Ltd., Mr. Ren Jinchun, Secretary-general of the Investment Association of Central SOEs, along with heads of relevant functional and business departments of CMEC Group.
