On November 15, external directors Gu Weihua and Huang Guofu of CMEC Group conducted a survey at SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "SIPPR"), a member enterprise of CMEC Group. The leadership team of SIPPR participated in the research symposium.

Gu Xiaoshan, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of SIPPR, expressed gratitude to CMEC Group and the external directors for their concern about and guidance in the reform and development of SIPPR. He provided a detailed report on SIPPR’s basic situation, distinctive business advantages, production, operation, key work progress, and future plans.

Huang Guofu stated that SIPPR’s recent achievements in reform and development are hard-won and commendable. He praised the indomitable and enterprising spirit displayed by SIPPR’s employees. Huang noted that SIPPR has clear goals and a well-defined path for future development. He encouraged SIPPR to focus on high-quality development objectives, further optimize resource allocation and structure, enhance risk prevention capabilities, and continuously promote the sustainable, healthy, and steady growth of the company.

Gu Weihua pointed out that SIPPR has a long history, a deep-rooted foundation, distinct business characteristics, solid and thorough management innovation, and significant reform and development outcomes. He noted that SIPPR has a strong momentum for development and a promising future. Gu encouraged SIPPR to strengthen market competition awareness, fully leverage the spirit of perseverance and progress, increase market expansion efforts, optimize regional market layouts, adhere to people-oriented principles, deepen institutional and mechanism construction, and fully ensure risk prevention and production safety. He also stressed the importance of enhancing control over existing and new projects in engineering design consulting and engineering contracting to ensure steady and sustainable corporate growth.

Prior to the symposium, Gu Weihua and Huang Guofu visited SIPPR’s exhibition hall, GBIM laboratory, and smart park operation center, gaining a deeper understanding of SIPPR’s development history, business layout, technological innovation, and party building.
