On November 14, General Manager Fang Yanshui of CMEC Group met with Tariq Al Barwani, CEO of Oman's Mawarid Mining LLC, and his delegation. The two sides had in-depth discussions on international engineering project cooperation and other related topics.

On behalf of the company, Fang Yanshui extended a warm welcome to CEO Tariq Al Barwani and introduced the company’s development history and recent overseas project construction activities. He stated that CMEC Group has extensive experience and a strong track record in international engineering projects, while Mawarid Mining LLC is an international company whose business scope aligns well with CMEC Group’s, indicating numerous opportunities for enhanced communication and collaboration in various country-specific markets and sectors.

Tariq Al Barwani expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from CMEC Group. He conveyed a strong interest in pursuing future cooperation.

Following this, the two parties delved into specific areas of potential collaboration, focusing on countries like Namibia and Rwanda. Heads of relevant departments of CMEC Group also attended the meeting.
