Focused on Industrialization: New Info on CMEC’s Overseas Projects

The soybean by-product processing plant in San Julián, Santa Cruz, Bolivia hoisted the heaviest processing equipment
Recently, the soybean by-product processing plant in San Julián, Santa Cruz, Bolivia undertaken by China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group) successfully hoisted the desolventizer.  
The desolventizer, manufactured by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Group Co., Ltd. (CAAMS) of CMEC Group, and about 66 tons in weight and nearly 17 meters high, represented the heaviest and highest single machine regarding the project. The completion of the hoist marked the realization of internal control for installation of main large processing equipment, laying a solid ground for future work.
The soybean processing plant, with a designed daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons, is owned by Bolivia. It is a key project for the country’s efforts in promoting industrialization. After completion, the project is poised to provide more job opportunities for local residents, drive economic growth of surrounding areas, and promote local economic and social development.
The main transformer of the Masrik solar plant in Armenia was in place
Recently, the Masrik solar plant in Armenia, undertaken by CMEC, gained a crucial progress: the main transformer was in place, which paved way for future construction of the substation.
The project, including a 55 MW PV power station, a 110 kV booster station, a 110 kV metering station, and a 10 kilometer-long or so transmission and transformation line, is a large-scale PV power station under construction in Armenia. After completion, the project will enhance local green energy development.
