CMEC Signed MoU for General Cooperation with TTC
On March 15, Fang Yanshui, General Manager of China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) met with Tatsuya Watanuki, Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC)’s Representative of East Asia and President of Toyota Tsusho (China) Co., Ltd. The two sides signed Memorandum of Understanding for General Cooperation. Akio Hamada, CEO of the Chemicals and Digital Solutions Division attended the signing ceremony.

Fang welcomed Tatsuya Watanuki’s revisit and extended congratulations on his rise to Vice President of TTC. Fang also welcomed Akio Hamada, the new Representative of East Asia Region of TTC. Fang said that both sides had established a smooth mechanism for high-level visits and business exchanges thanks to multiple communications last year. Teams from the two parties had carried out close cooperation in various markets and sectors. The signing of the MoU would inaugurate the expansion of cooperation between the two enterprises.

Tatsuya Watanuki expressed his gratitude to Fang and stated that the signing of the MoU would lead to bilateral cooperation in more markets and fields, unveiling a promising future. Their multi-faceted communication mechanism would also facilitate the development and implementation of cooperative projects.
