He said that CMEC always adheres to serving the national strategy, and in the face of the new opportunities for the revitalization of Northeast China in the new era, the company will intensify its development efforts in Tieling, accelerate the construction of the cooperative projects, carry out cooperation with Tieling on all fronts in the development of new infrastructure projects, comprehensive energy utilization, rural revitalization and other fields, and provide strong support for the high-quality development and all-round revitalization of Tieling.

Song Cheng said that SINOMACH as a central SOE has unique advantages in domestic and overseas resource gathering, infrastructure planning, design and construction, industry attraction and project development, while Tieling has a good geographical advantage, resource advantage and industrial foundation. He expressed the hope that CMEC would give full play to its own advantages and carry out in-depth cooperation with Tieling in urban renewal, energy industry development, and rural development.
