On the morning of June 29, CMEC’s 2021 General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully held in Conference Room No. 1 on the second floor. The Meeting was presided over by Fang Yanshui, executive director, deputy Party secretary and general manager of CMEC. Directors, supervisors, secretary of the Board of Directors, lawyers from domestic and international branches, representatives of auditors, and the share registrar were also present at the meeting personally or remotely. Five proposals were considered and approved at the General Meeting, including the 2020 Annual Report on the Work of the Board of Directors, the 2020 Annual Report on the Work of the Supervisory Board, the 2020 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Independent Auditors’ Report, the CMEC 2020 Profit Distribution Plan and the continuing appointment proposal of the 2021 international and domestic auditors. The voting results of this general meeting have been released on the websites of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and CMEC.

Afterwards, the 51st Meeting of CMEC’s Third Board of Directors, presided over by Fang Yanshui, was held smoothly. Directors, supervisors and related personnel of CMEC also attended the meeting personally or virtually. A total of three proposals were considered and adopted at the meeting.
