On May 25, CMEC president Fang Yanshui paid a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in China and met with Zeynalli Akram, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to China.

Ambassador Akram welcomed Fang's visit and briefed him about the current political and economic situation in Azerbaijan.

Fang introduced the development history and overseas business of CMEC in recent years, especially the company's performance in the CIS region, and expressed his willingness to strengthen communication and cooperation with the Azerbaijani side in infrastructure construction.

Akram highly appreciated CMEC's participation in infrastructure construction in Azerbaijan and its contribution to Azerbaijan's economic development and to bilateral friendship.
