On the afternoon of April 30, CMEC vice president Xie Ke met with Zhang Dawen, chairman of Urumqi Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd (UIIG)

Xie welcomed Zhang's visit, and briefed him about CMEC’s business operation and development strategy of "stabilizing overseas operation while further developing domestic business". Zhang introduced the historical background and development process of UIIG, and said that the Group is actively building a "one center, four platforms" system, hoping that local state-owned enterprises in Xinjiang can cooperate more closely with central enterprises.

Both sides hope to give full play to their respective advantages, strengthen communication, and make new breakthroughs in the context of "dual-cycle" development in their joint efforts to promote Xinjiang Autonomous Region’s social and economic progress.
