On the morning of August 3, CMEC Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager Fang Yanshui, together with relevant responsible persons, met with a delegation headed by SINOMACH Chief Economist and SINOMACH Finance Chairman Liu Zuqing. The two sides made in-depth discussions on their business cooperation related to fund, credit extension, entrusted loan, and connected transactions, etc.

Liu reviewed the business cooperation between the two sides and pledged that SINOMACH Finance will center on service and provide CMEC with higher-quality financial service supports. Fang introduced the overall business performance of CMEC in the first half year and recommended that the two sides, under the guidance of SINOMACH, further strengthen mutual understanding and supports, collaborate closely with each other and make joint efforts to implement the overall development strategy of SINOMACH.

During the meeting, the two sides made in-depth discussions about applications for quota of the new round of connected transactions and decided the work plan for SINOMACH through consultations. Next, the two sides will continue to deepen communications so as to establish a friendly cooperation relationship and look into the future together.
