The Deepest Love at the Southernmost Point of the Belt and Road
In just a few days, news about the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) flooded the Internet at home and abroad. As a result, the masks at shopping malls of Sri Lanka were in shortage.
To cope with the severe epidemic, the owner of the Puttalam Coal-fired Power Plant project purchased more than 300 medical surgical masks via various channels for the personnel of the project office of CMEC, who were greatly moved by the action. Hospital nurses protect the motherland, while the masks protect overseas CMEC personnel, and the selfless love for them is the best vaccine against the epidemic.
We would like to thank the Sri Lankan friends for their concerns about China’s fight against the epidemic. Even a greeting or a word of encouragement will cheer us up. Virus knows no national borders. Please love yourself, love the world and everyone, and pay attention to their health as we are in a community with a shared future for mankind. Please believe in China, and everything will be fine!
A war without gun smoke has started. We must have firm confidence and take scientific measures for epidemic prevention and control. We have released a special contingency plan and handed out manuals for epidemic prevention and control at the site of the project, disinfect the living quarters regularly, monitor employees’ health in a real-time manner, and designate certain sites for recycling of second-hand masks. As long as we take tough measures for epidemic prevention and control and unite as one like a fortress, there is no difficulty that we cannot overcome.
We would like to thank all those who have made efforts and contributions for winning the battle against epidemic prevention and control, and the Ceylon Electricity Board for its selfless donations. China must be able to win the battle against epidemic prevention and control thanks to the love we receive.
