On the afternoon of September 3 (local time), CMEC General Manager Han Xiaojun met with Deputy Governor Agiwadi of Basra Province in the General Office of Basra Provincial Government.

GM Han briefed on the development and comprehensive strength of CMEC and various achievements in the Iraqi market in recent years. Han said that Iraq is the country market that CMEC has focused on. CMEC will give full play to its advantages and continue to proactively participate in the post-war reconstruction of Iraq.

Mr. Agiwadi affirmed CMEC’s performance in Iraq and introduced the planning direction and project of Basra Provincial Government in the construction of Basra Province. He hoped CMEC could participate in the infrastructure construction of Basra Province and make contributions to the sustainable development of the province.

Fan Rong, Deputy General Manager of CMEC, and Wang Yili, Assistant to General Manager, also attended the meeting.
