General Manager Han Xiaojun Holds Talks with Chinese-funded Financial Institutions in Dubai

In the afternoon of May 13, General Manager Han Xiaojun held a talk with Zhou Jianjun, President of the Bank of China Dubai Branch, and Liu Yonghua, Leader of the Dubai Working Group, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE), respectively.
  
During the talk with the Bank of China Dubai Branch, General Manager Han Xiaojun reviewed the history of cooperation between the CMEC and the Bank of China, and thanked the bank for its great support to CMEC. He hopes that the Bank of China Dubai Branch will continue to support and assist CMEC in the managed account establishment for its Basra Power Plant Project in Iraq. Besides, Mr. Han also communicated with the Bank of China on the overseas segmentation and utilization of overall credit extension, project financing in the Middle East and other topics.
  
President Zhou Jianjun said that CMEC is an important client and partner of the Bank of China. With rich experience in managed accounts, the Bank of China will work closely with the CMEC team to advance related work. He also introduced the financial regulation system of Dubai, related conditions of RMB internationalization and the Bank of China's supportive polices for project financing.
  
During the talk with the Dubai Working Group, SINOSURE, General Manager Han Xiaojun expressed thanks to SINOSURE for its long-term great support, and introduced the project conditions of CMEC in the Middle East, and the positioning and functions of CMEC Middle East FZE Office. He hopes that CMEC can continue to strengthen the cooperation with SINOSURE, so as to further expand the Middle East market.
  
Group Leader Liu Yonghua introduced the responsible areas and main functions of SINOSURE's overseas institutions and Dubai working group as well as the important framework cooperation of SINOSURE in the region. Both parties also discussed deeply about the key countries, sub-sovereign financing, new energy projects and other cooperation projects in the Middle East market.
