On September 6, 2018, Shenzhen CMEC Plaza was honored with the 2018 Excellent Property Management Project in Shenzhen awarded by Shenzhen Property Management Association. The award marked that the property management of Shenzhen CMEC Plaza has been unanimously recognized by customers and the industry.

 

Thanks to the strict and meticulous work of CMEC’s operation team, the Plaza can stand out from the numerous property projects of Shenzhen where office buildings are arranged in rows. After one year of trial operation of property management, CMEC Shenzhen Branch was courageous to set higher goals in early 2018, including the important one of winning Shenzhen’s Excellent Property Management Project. The Branch set up an excellence-creating team led by General Manager Tong Chao. By starting with personnel, equipment, and services, the excellence-creating team has divided its work into 397 specific optimized goals and implemented them step by step to improve the quality of property management comprehensively.

 

According to the evaluation criteria, Shenzhen CMEC Plaza has set about nine sections simultaneously, including basic data, house management and maintenance, shared equipment management, shared facilities management, security/fire-fighting/vehicle management, environmental sanitation management, greening management, cultural progress, and management benefits. The Plaza has assigned every task to person-in-charge to monitor the implementation progress in real time so as to achieve the standardized management, standard data, fine management of equipment, and quality services. During the review process, review experts spoke highly of the project.

 

Since its completion, Shenzhen CMEC Plaza, guided by the strategy of Wutong Emerging Industrial Belt, has aimed to establish an innovative industrial park to continuously upgrade service management so as to provide an innovative platform for the government and enterprises to coordinate and exchange views with each other. CMEC Shenzhen Branch will follow the concept of innovation, keep sharpening itself under higher requirements, and achieve the appreciation in asset value through planning and management, which will add to the glory of CMEC’s real estate division.
