Chairman Zhang Chun Visits Serbian President

On the morning of September 17, CMEC Chairman Zhang Chun paid a visit to Aleksandar Vucic, President of the Republic of Serbia, who was visiting China with his government delegation.
Zhang thanked the Serbian president and his government for their long-term support and assistance to CMEC, and briefed about the progress of the ongoing Phase II power project in Costolac.
President Vucic expressed thanks to Chairman Zhang and his company for attaching great importance to the Serbian market, and appreciated CMEC's contributions to Serbia’s social development, believing that CMEC could complete the project in time and with high quality.
The two sides also conducted in-depth discussions on the construction of the Belgrade sewage treatment plant and the subsequent power station projects.
Also present at the talks were Sinisa Mali, finance minister of Serbia; Aleksandar Anti?, energy minister of Serbia; Tong Zigang, vice president of CMEC, and Li Xueqiang, CMEC’s chief representative in Serbia.
