On June 21, 2018, Cao Xueyi, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Zhongguancun Xicheng Science Park and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Xicheng Science Park, together with Wu Songling, Head of the Organization and Publicity Department, Li Jing, Head of the Economic Analysis Department, and Zhao Jun, a cadre of the Administrative Committee, conducted a fact-finding investigation at CMEC. Attending the matchmaking meeting were Han Xiaojun, Party Secretary and Deputy Chairman of CMEC, Xie Ke, General Manager of the Strategy and Business Development Department, Chen Sihao, Director of the Work Department of the Party Committee, Li Jingwei, General Manager of the Finance Department, and Zhang Qi, Deputy General Manager of the Trade and Service Management Department. Party Secretary Han Xiaojun presided over the matchmaking meeting.

Cao Xueyi introduced the basic planning and policies of Zhongguancun Xicheng Science Park as well as the related situation of the “visiting thousands of households.” Han briefed about CMEC's basic situation and business performance as well as its achievements in technological innovation and the future development direction in recent years. Afterward, the two sides carried out exchanges and communication for further cooperation. Both sides agreed that in the future, they need to strengthen communication in policies, work for Party building through coordination, improve publicity and create conditions for CMEC to better integrate itself into the local development, so as to better promote the development of Beijing.
