On September 13^th, CMEC Comtrans launched its internal training series. In recent years, new staff has been coming to the company successively, and it has made a training plan for all staff so as to familiarize new comers with the work process of the company and build the capacity of old staff. A series of ten themed training sessions have been arranged with company leaders, department managers and excellent staff as the lecturers. They will share the experience and tips they accumulated through years of work with the audience while taking into account the business management system of the company. By doing so, the company expects to effectively enhance the business capacity of its entire staff.

Session 1 of the training series, "Introduction to Engineering Logistics Operation" was given by Wu Qinghong, Deputy Manager of the company. Wu shared his experience of over 20 years in the field without reservation. Learning about all links along the engineering logistics chain, the audience got a systematic idea of the field and a clearer understanding of how the work flow went.
