Establish five Core Business Centers in China: Beijing Headquarters serves as CMEC's center of operations, strategy, and governance. East China Center serves as center of regional business. Guangdong and Hong Kong Centers are dedicated for financial and investment. Midwest China Center houses research and development. In addition to China, several overseas regional business centers will be opened to enable global operations and footprint.
